The hotel was an absolute gem on the Autobahn! The convenience, cleanliness, and practicality were mind-blowing. The 24/7 restaurant and shop were super handy, and the free parking was jaw-dropping. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Plus, it was accessible from both sides of the Autobahn. Definitely a great stop & stay option!

Very conveniently situated at a Motorway Service Station.

I chose the hotel for the very specific reasons of being conveniently located, reasonably priced and having WiFi to enable me to do my work. However, the description was false. There was no WiFi available for use, nor indeed was there any evidence of a hotspot - though that was claimed as well, after I pointed out the absence of the WiFi. This was utterly misleading and caused me a huge problem. I did manage to cancel that hotel after the first night and move to another hotel with a hotspot. However, I wasted much of my Sunday on the complaint and re-organisation which I had intended as a day off during this three day business trip. This was particularly upsetting as I had had to bring two of my children with me on this trip and was not able to entertain them on Sunday as a consequence.

The only thing I liked was the location

Non smoking rooms with smell of cigarettes, I couldn't fall a sleep because of the room environment. Breakfast is kind of joke- lot of food around and I've been allowed to have a roll with a slice of ham and cheese and some juice for an extra croissant I paid 1,5 Euro - unacceptable!

the motel exceeded my expectations. clean room, hot water, and no noise from the highway. convenient for travelers on the Autobahn.

Poor customer service.

The rooms at Serways Hotel Reinhardshain Nord are incredibly quiet and peaceful, making for a truly restful night's sleep. I couldn't hear a single sound from outside, it was amazing. As an old person, this was exactly what I needed to recharge.

Personally, I felt that the check-out time of noon was a bit early. I would have preferred a later check-out time.
